Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited to be part of a team that is reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to work flexible hours, including weekends. You are at least 21 years of age and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience during the delivery process. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships with potential customers. Your role will require you to work shifts from 11am to 9pm, with rotating days off.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
