Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and contribute to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are eager to grow your career with Carvana.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience during the delivery process. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need and answering any questions they may have. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships with potential customers. Your role will require you to be available for shifts from 11am to 9pm, working 7 days a week with rotating days off.
