Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited to be part of a team that is reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' with enthusiasm.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they receive their car. You will engage with customers in their driveways, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the information they need to enjoy their new vehicle. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand. Your role will involve working closely with your team to ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
