Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to a positive work culture.

What you'll do

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
