You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are eager to contribute to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends. You are at least 21 years of age and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, representing Carvana and building relationships with potential customers. Your role will require you to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
