Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited to be part of a team that is reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and work flexible hours, including weekends.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about their new vehicle. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand. Your role will require you to work shifts from 11am to 9pm, with rotating days off, and you will have the chance to unlock your earning potential through performance-based pay increases.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can progress from $17/hr to $20.25/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
