You are comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, and are committed to being available for your team. You can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, which is crucial for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers right at their driveways. Your role will involve not only delivering vehicles but also engaging with customers to ensure they have a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries, and providing assistance as needed. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand. Your shift will typically run from 7 am to 5 pm, and you will be expected to work 7 days a week with rotating days off. In your first year, you could see your pay rise from $17/hr to $19/hr, reflecting your contributions and commitment to the role.
