Carvana is hiring an Auto Paint Prep to prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.

Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards before it is painted. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working mandatory overtime when required.
What you'll do
As an Auto Paint Prep at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and performing final sanding. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques. Your role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles are ready for the painting process, and you will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
