Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience β you understand the intricacies of preparing vehicles for painting, including priming and sanding. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets customer expectations. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to the company's mission. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
What you'll do
As an Autobody Prepper at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by performing tasks such as priming and final sanding. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall customer experience by ensuring that vehicles are delivered in excellent condition. You will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
