Overview

Carvana is hiring an Automotive Prep to join their team in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, along with buffing and paint mixing. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards before it reaches the customer. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Prep at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and performing final sanding. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and using airbrush techniques to ensure a flawless finish. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers, and you will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. You will receive training to enhance your skills and ensure your growth within the company.
