You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light bodywork tasks effectively. What you'll do
As a Refinish Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to prepare them for painting. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in excellent condition. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively, sometimes requiring mandatory overtime based on business needs to meet customer expectations. Your commitment to teamwork and quality will help Carvana maintain its reputation as a leading used automotive retailer.
