What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at the Logistic Field Operations location. You will work closely with other company leaders to develop and execute strategies that enhance network operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance with policies and performance standards, as well as providing mentorship and leadership development for your team. You will play a key role in the selection and training of new employees, ensuring that they are well-equipped to contribute to the team's success.

You will be responsible for preparing periodic reports and presentations that summarize operational performance and highlight areas for improvement. Your ability to analyze trends and identify key productivity indicators will be crucial in driving operational excellence. You will also coordinate with various departments to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and that operational goals are met.
