What you'll do

As a Logistics Manager at Carvana, you will oversee the day-to-day transportation operations at the assigned location. You will coordinate with other site leaders to develop site-specific goals and objectives, ensuring effective execution. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating daily route schedules, addressing any issues that arise, and mentoring your direct reports through coaching and performance management. You will also ensure that work areas meet safety standards and maintain cleanliness. Effective communication with internal teams will be crucial as you coordinate the movement of inventory and evaluate work distribution to meet business needs.
