What you'll do
As the Detail Manager at Carvana, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all vehicles undergo a thorough reconditioning process. You will lead a team of at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates, providing mentorship and accountability to drive performance. Your role will involve implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in the reconditioning process. You will be responsible for maintaining a culture of high engagement among associates, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
You will monitor production metrics and quality standards, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving production goals while ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and contribute to the overall mission of delivering a no-hassle, better car buying experience for customers.
