What you'll do

As the Reconditioning Manager at Carvana, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process run smoothly. You will direct a team of leads and front-line associates, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining quality standards throughout the reconditioning process.
