What you'll do

As the Shop Foreman at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance to meet production and quality goals. Your role will involve regular engagement with team members to assess their development and identify opportunities for growth.

You will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of Carvana's vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring that every car meets the rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards set by the company. Your leadership will help create an environment where team members feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles.
