What you'll do

As a Shop Foreman at Carvana, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their best performance.

You will engage with your team regularly, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and determining the appropriate steps to improve overall performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in the inspection process, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards.
