You have experience in managing teams within an automotive or repair environment — you understand the intricacies of vehicle inspections and repairs, and you know how to motivate your team to achieve production goals. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy coaching and developing your team members to reach their full potential.
You are detail-oriented and committed to quality — you ensure that every vehicle meets the highest standards before it reaches the customer. You have a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and are proactive in implementing solutions to enhance team performance.
What you'll do
As a Body Shop Foreman at Carvana, you will manage the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and safely. You will oversee the movement of cars in and out of the facility, coordinating with your team to meet production and quality targets. Your role will involve identifying team strengths and weaknesses, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.
