Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. Your background includes extensive repairs and heavy engine work, showcasing your ability to handle complex automotive challenges. You are skilled in advanced vehicle diagnostics and have experience with both electric and hybrid vehicles, making you versatile in your approach to automotive repair. You understand the importance of teamwork and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, even if it means working mandatory overtime when necessary.
What you'll do
As a Senior Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs on all makes and models of vehicles. This includes repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. Your role will also involve mentoring entry-level technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.
