You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairing complex electrical issues, making you a valuable asset in any automotive setting. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, showcasing your versatility and adaptability in the field. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do
As a Senior Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work on a variety of vehicles. You will conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Your role will also involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle is in optimal condition before it reaches the customer. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with your team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations, which may include working mandatory overtime during peak times.
