You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your hands-on experience has equipped you with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

As an Advanced Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality dent repairs on vehicles, ensuring that each repair meets the company's standards for excellence. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing your skills to access panels and repair dents efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
