Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and effectively use glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring effective communication within the team and with customers. Your dedication to your craft is evident in your willingness to embrace training programs that enhance your skills and contribute to your professional growth within the company.

What you'll do

As a Mid Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality dent repairs on vehicles, ensuring that each repair meets the company's standards for excellence. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional results. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.

You will be expected to manage your time effectively, working the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Thursday. In addition to your repair duties, you will participate in ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills and keep you updated on the latest techniques in Paintless Dent Repair. Your commitment to quality and teamwork will play a crucial role in Carvana's mission to provide outstanding customer service and deliver great vehicles on time.
