You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience, which has equipped you with the knowledge to effectively manage inventory and source complex automotive parts. Your communication skills allow you to interact seamlessly with dealers and suppliers, ensuring that all parts needs are met efficiently. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing parts returns and maintaining accurate records of inventory and payments. You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to contribute positively to the Carvana culture.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and up-to-date. You will handle parts returns and oversee general inventory management, which includes reconciling and recording payments for parts. Your role will involve regular communication with dealers and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships. You will also be expected to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, which may include mandatory overtime based on operational requirements.
