Who you are

You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience, which has equipped you with the skills to effectively manage inventory and communicate with dealers and suppliers. Your background in the automotive industry allows you to understand the complexities of sourcing and ordering parts, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the role with confidence.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing parts returns and general inventory efficiently. Your ability to reconcile and record payments for parts demonstrates your strong numerical skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and up-to-date. You will communicate with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts, and manage parts returns to maintain inventory accuracy. Your role will also involve reconciling and recording payments for parts, which is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy within the department.

You will work on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 3 pm, and may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
