You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing parts returns and general inventory with precision. Your ability to reconcile and record payments for parts demonstrates your strong attention to financial details, which is crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and up-to-date. You will communicate regularly with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement process, addressing any issues that may arise during sourcing.

In addition to managing parts returns, you will oversee general inventory tasks, ensuring that all parts are accounted for and organized. Your role will also involve reconciling and recording payments for parts, which is essential for maintaining accurate financial records within the company.
