Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage inventory effectively. You understand the importance of sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts and are comfortable communicating with dealers and suppliers. Your attention to detail ensures that parts returns and general inventory are managed efficiently.
You possess strong organizational skills and can handle the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to a high-tech environment. You are also adaptable, as the role may require mandatory overtime based on business needs.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts. This includes sourcing and ordering parts, managing returns, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained. You will communicate with dealers and suppliers to ensure that all parts are available when needed. Additionally, you will handle the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in parts management. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
