You are a team player who is willing to train and mentor other autobody technicians, contributing to a collaborative work culture. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle meets high-quality standards before it reaches the customer. What you'll do

As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive bodywork on various vehicle panels, including heavy plastic welding and metal repairs. You will train and mentor other technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance the team's overall performance. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the resources needed to deliver quality work.
