Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. As an Airbrush Technician, you are skilled in color-matching and mixing paint, ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.

You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center and are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. You understand the importance of attention to detail in your work and take pride in the quality of your craftsmanship. You are also able to communicate effectively with your team and contribute positively to the work environment.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Airbrush Technician, your primary responsibility will be to airbrush vehicles, ensuring that the paintwork is flawless and meets Carvana's quality standards. You will be expected to color-match and mix paint accurately to achieve the desired finish on each vehicle. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.

You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive painting techniques. This will help you progress in your career as you gain more experience and expertise in the field. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
