You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. Your skills in color-matching and mixing paint will be essential as you work on airbrushing vehicles to meet customer expectations. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to ensure exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Airbrush Technician, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for airbrushing, ensuring that the paint is mixed accurately and matches the required specifications. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles Carvana delivers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and following safety protocols to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
