Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as a paint booth. You understand the importance of quality and precision in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards before it reaches the customer.

You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with your colleagues. You are open to learning and growing in your role, and you appreciate the opportunity for training programs that can help you advance your skills and pay as the company grows. What you'll do

As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes sanding and masking. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish that meets the company's standards. You will work in one of our state-of-the-art paint booths, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results. Your role will also involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery in a timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive painting. This includes learning about new techniques and technologies in the industry. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
