You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, understanding the importance of delivering a flawless finish. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying various types of paint, and ensuring that the final product meets company standards. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, collaborating with other team members to ensure efficiency and quality in the painting process. Your role will involve not only painting but also maintaining the equipment and workspace to ensure a safe and productive environment. You will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level painters, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their careers.
