You are adept at conducting root cause analysis and developing actionable plans to improve site efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for full working shifts. You will manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, especially when the General Manager is not onsite. Your responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks that affect throughput and efficiency, conducting weekly performance reviews, and guiding daily site manager huddles to establish priorities.

You will also aid in executing Continuous Improvement projects, implementing and training process changes across the site and potentially throughout the region. Your role will involve collaborating with site leadership to ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines, while upholding Carvana's operating standards and processes.
