Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume environment, with experience managing over 50 associates. Your ability to maintain high-quality standards while driving production metrics is essential to your success in this role. You are skilled in identifying bottlenecks and conducting root cause analysis, enabling you to develop effective action plans that enhance site efficiency. Your leadership style embodies teamwork and communication, fostering a culture of growth and development among your team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full working shift. You will conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures. Guiding daily site manager huddles will be part of your routine, establishing the day’s tone and priorities. You will aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects at your home site and, if applicable, throughout the region/network, implementing and training process changes.

Fostering growth and development in our Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations will be a key focus, as you support Development Plans and provide regular competency-based feedback. You will embody Carvana values through effective leadership, teamwork, and communication on the shop floor, upholding Carvana operating standards and processes.
