What you'll do

As the Vehicle Inspection Line Lead, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your oversight of day-to-day activities will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies to enhance team performance.

You will engage with your team regularly, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of quality in the inspection process, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards.
