What you'll do

As the Vehicle Inspection Quality Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous quality standards. You will manage the flow of cars into and out of the center, coordinating repairs and inspections to optimize production efficiency. Your role will involve setting and exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

You will engage with your team to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing guidance and support to help them improve. Regularly assessing team performance will be key to your success, as you will implement appropriate steps to enhance productivity and quality. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and accountability.
