What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the Market Operations department, ensuring that all logistics and inventory processes run smoothly. You will manage scheduling and registration paperwork, ensuring that all operations align with company standards. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the customer experience by streamlining processes and addressing any issues that arise. You will also be involved in community outreach efforts, representing Carvana and building relationships within the community. As a Team Lead, you will be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with overall business objectives. This includes working with customer advocates to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements where necessary.
