What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing all aspects of operations from market launch to daily management. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve juggling multiple projects, from operational improvements to team development initiatives.
