Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience overseeing production lines or similar environments. Your leadership style fosters teamwork and communication, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals and values. You are adept at identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance site throughput and efficiency. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct root cause analyses and develop actionable plans to address challenges. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to support development plans for your team, providing regular feedback to foster their growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for full working shifts. You will manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, especially when the General Manager is not onsite. You will conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership, reporting on performance versus targets and challenges. Guiding daily site manager huddles, you will establish the day’s tone and priorities. You will also aid in executing Continuous Improvement projects, implementing and training process changes to enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will embody Carvana's values, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.

Carvana offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000.
