Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in overseeing production lines or similar environments. Your leadership style fosters teamwork and communication, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals. You are adept at identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance site efficiency and throughput. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable plans to address challenges. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to support development plans for your team, providing regular feedback to help them grow.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full working shift. You will manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, especially when the General Manager is not onsite. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly site performance reviews with senior leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures. You will guide daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities, ensuring that all team members are focused and motivated. Additionally, you will aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects, implementing and training process changes that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve fostering growth and development in the Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations, supporting their development plans and providing regular competency-based feedback.
