Carvana is hiring a Detail Lead for their 2nd Shift to manage and develop a team in the Inspection Center. You'll oversee vehicle movement and ensure production targets are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory position.

Who you are
You have experience in a supervisory role, ideally in an operations or production environment, where you've successfully managed teams to achieve production and quality goals. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards and can effectively coach and develop team members to enhance their performance. You are detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in operations.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at identifying team strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to implement strategies for improvement. Your leadership style is engaging, and you know how to motivate your team to meet or exceed production targets. You are also adept at managing inventory and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
What you'll do
As the Detail Lead, you will be responsible for managing the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their production goals. You will regularly assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate training or development plans.
You will engage with your team to foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication. Your role will also involve monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that production targets are met consistently. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards that Carvana is known for, ensuring that every vehicle meets rigorous quality checks before reaching customers.
