What you'll do

As the Shop Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of your team in the Inspection Center. You will manage the flow of vehicles, ensuring they are processed safely and efficiently. Meeting or exceeding production targets will be a primary focus, and you will work closely with your team to achieve these goals.

You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and support to help them develop their skills and improve their performance. Identifying areas of opportunity for your team will be crucial, and you will take the necessary steps to address these areas.
