Carvana is seeking a Body Shop Team Lead for their 2nd Shift to manage and develop a team in the Inspection Center. You'll oversee production targets and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in operations management.

You understand the importance of meeting production and quality goals and are committed to coaching and developing your team members to achieve their best. What you'll do
As the Body Shop Team Lead, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, you will engage with team members to provide coaching and development, helping them to improve and grow in their roles. You will also identify areas of opportunity for process improvements and implement appropriate steps to enhance team performance.
