What you'll do

As the Auto Body Team Lead at Carvana, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, providing coaching and development to help them achieve their production targets. Your role will involve monitoring inventory production goals and implementing strategies to improve team performance.

You will engage with your team regularly, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and determining the appropriate steps to enhance their skills. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and motivated to excel in their roles.
