What you'll do
As the Auto Body Team Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. This includes overseeing the movement of vehicles in and out of the facility, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will set production targets and work closely with your team to meet or exceed these goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your role will involve monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement.
You will engage with your team regularly, conducting one-on-one meetings to discuss progress and development opportunities.
