Carvana is seeking an Automotive Inventory Manager to oversee the movement of vehicles in the Inspection Center and manage a team to meet production goals. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. You will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
