Pattern is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee demand forecasting and inventory management for multiple brands. This role requires strong brand partnership management and decision-making skills, with a focus on optimizing inventory performance.

Who you are
You have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You excel in managing brand partnerships and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to proactively engage with stakeholders. Your independent decision-making abilities enable you to effectively manage inventory levels and ordering decisions. You understand the importance of metrics such as weeks of supply, inventory turns, in-stock performance, and forecast accuracy, and you are committed to achieving these goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company.
What you'll do
As an Inventory Manager at Pattern, you will take full ownership of demand forecasting and inventory management for 7–12 brands. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to make informed inventory decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels, and developing strategies to improve inventory performance. You will monitor key performance indicators and adjust inventory strategies as needed to meet business objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with brand partners to align on inventory needs and ensure a seamless supply chain process. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices in inventory management and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
