Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing complex automotive parts inventory, ensuring that all parts are sourced and ordered efficiently. Your communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with dealers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations in parts management.
You understand the importance of managing parts returns and general inventory, and you are comfortable with the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, ready to contribute to the success of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, managing parts returns, and overseeing general inventory. You will communicate with dealers and suppliers to ensure that all parts are available and accounted for. Your role will also involve managing the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. You will work closely with your team to maintain a well-organized inventory system, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to enhance productivity.
You will be expected to adapt to the demands of the business, which may include mandatory overtime based on operational needs. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of Carvana's operations, helping to maintain the high standards that the company is known for.
