Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You understand the importance of managing inventory effectively and are comfortable sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts. Your communication skills allow you to interact with dealers and suppliers efficiently, ensuring that parts returns and general inventory are handled smoothly. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations team.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory of automotive parts. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that we have the necessary components to meet customer demands. You will manage parts returns and oversee general inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our stock levels are optimal. Communication with dealers and suppliers will be a key part of your role, as you will need to coordinate orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented.
