You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing parts returns and general inventory efficiently. Your communication skills enable you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including dealers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations in the parts department. You are also comfortable with the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, demonstrating your ability to handle financial aspects of the role.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts, which includes sourcing and ordering complex parts as needed. You will handle parts returns and maintain general inventory, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will require you to communicate regularly with dealers and suppliers to ensure that all parts are sourced correctly and in a timely manner.

You will also manage the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, which is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records. Your attention to detail will be essential in this aspect of the job, as you will need to ensure that all transactions are documented correctly. Additionally, you will be expected to adapt to the company's operational needs, which may include mandatory overtime based on business requirements.
