Who you are
You are an experienced automotive technician with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You have hands-on experience with engine and powertrain repairs, as well as transmission and diesel repairs. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle meets high standards before it reaches the customer. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality service that reflects the values of Carvana.
You are familiar with warranty and recall repairs, and you have the skills necessary to perform module programming. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment allows you to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with others in the service department to ensure a seamless repair process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will diagnose customer concerns and perform the necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition. You will handle engine and powertrain repairs, as well as transmission and diesel repairs, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for warranty and recall repairs, checking engine lights, and performing module programming as needed. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the service department, helping to maintain Carvana's reputation for quality and trust.
